In Volume 2 of Fashion & Photography, The Rebirth Magazine takes a look at some fabulous artwork done in the Norwegian magazine Costume — a reference in Norway, covering style inspiration, exciting guides, and unique stories in fashion, beauty, housing, and culture. We were very honoured to be part of some editorials and cover stories. Let’s take a retrospective on different looks across several issues.

The First Cover
At that time, post-covid was a positive way for us to (re)think about the concept. Already recognized by the industry in Norway, The Rebirth of the Princess was starting another process to give more visibility and a unique experience.
The redaction with the stylists decided to have one piece from the store. We were really happy that the editorial chose to have the dress on one of the covers for this issue. Covers are as an artwork or as a collector item!

Nominated & On the Cover
Probably the biggest surprise of the year after the opening of the new store in June 2023 at Sommerro Kvartalet — a nomination at the Costume Awards 2023 in the category Best Store in Norway. By the same period, we discovered the collector cover of the September issue 2023 with a dress from the Couture Collection of Alexandre Vauthier. The photoshoot was taken in Paris after the shows.

Two Twins, Two Covers
This is a project that was for us an amazing illustration of the dynamic of the store and the industry in 2023 in Norway. What an amazing idea by the redaction to have an issue with twins. The photoshoot took place in Hvaler in the south of Norway — a very popular and charming place during the summer time.
The fact of having two twins for the photoshoot gave another perspective to the photograph and another vision of fashion photography in Scandinavia.

Tones on Tones
Just impressed by the shape of the Atelier Unttld dress on the models, accessorized with the Møy Atelier Eyewear and the earrings from Poem Objects. Same approach done by photographer Desiée Mattsson but two different models with two different visions — taken in the same location, the editing shows us how luxury and Scandinavian fashion melt together.

The Cover Story of the October/November issue in 2023 was an epic number for The Rebirth of the Princess. Many looks were involved and we could really appreciate the work done by the team. Impressive to see all items in that location in Hvaler.
Being part of those magazine issues was a real way to show a new Scandinavian era — the way that the pictures are taken, the stories with the stunning locations are absolutely amazing, but also inspiring.
