This Year we decided to introduce at the Concept store in Oslo a new designer from Great Britain. Our attention was definitely on one designer that bring back the CODE that we are dedicated at the store.

The rebirth of the princess, probably the faster choice that we had on one designer that reflect our vision, our style, our definition of elegance : RICHARD QUINN

London born designer Richard Quinn owned his skills at Christian Dior and Savile Row before establishing his eponymous label in 2017. Specializing in womenswear and printed textiles, his collections are bold and emotive. Richard Quinn creates garments with attention to innovative fabrications, combining unique handcrafted skill with a refined high fashion sensibility. His work is characterised by a desire to create couture-inspired sensibility with an edge.

Quinn was honoured by Her Majesty the Queen in 2018 when he was presented with the inaugural Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design. Key brand signatures include beautiful florals, sumptuous evening silhouettes and statement outerwear.

Designer Richard Quinn paid a heartfelt tribute to his late father, Patrick, during his London Fashion Week show, dedicating both the event and his impressive 44-piece Spring Summer '24 collection to his beloved dad, who passed away in June.

The father-son duo shared a close bond, operating their respective businesses, one in scaffolding and the other in fashion and textile printing, from adjacent railway arches in Peckham, south east London.

The event took place in the exquisite setting of the grade II-listed ballroom at the Andaz hotel, while the English Chamber Orchestra provided the soundtrack for this special occasion.

The collection is dedicated to Quinn’s late father

Following the recent loss of his beloved father, Richard Quinn wholeheartedly dedicated his spring/summer 2024 collection in his loving memory. His family were also present in the audience to witness the touching spectacle. “I wanted to celebrate my father with an ethereal and spiritual collection, along with intricate garments,” he shared in a preview. “He was supportive of me from the beginning – and everyone that works with me knew him well. This collection is my gift to him.”

What a week end, So many nice moment at this show. The surprise was that all of this amazing moments were settle for a interwiew of Vana Perisa, founder of The Rebirth of the Princess at Rosewood Hotel in London.
